The sprayed thermal insulation and sound-absorbing layer should be provided with a ventilated and dry environment, usually at an average temperature of 25 °C and a relative humidity of ≤ 60%, and the drying and curing time is 24~72 hours according to different thicknesses, after which other processes such as decoration can be carried out.

Spray finished product protection
Before spraying, various pipelines, air ducts and other equipment hangings should be installed to avoid drilling and chiseling on the base surface after the spraying is completed.
During the drying and curing period, the sprayed product is protected from mechanical collisions and rain erosion.
For the spray coating caused by the collision caused by the local damage, should be repaired locally, for the parts that are often susceptible to mechanical collision, can be covered with glass fiber cloth or other protective materials to protect the surface of the fiber layer.
Keep the spraying area clean to avoid dust flying and contaminating the surface of the finished spray coating.
During the spraying process, the spraying operator should wear dust masks in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national labor protection regulations, and the high-altitude operators should wear safety belts and other protective equipment.
