Adopting premium glass beads and quartz sand as core raw materials, the product is processed through high-temperature melting, high-speed centrifugal spinning, layered laying and curing to form a porous and flexible inorganic fiber sound-absorbing cotton. As the most versatile and mainstream filling material for automotive mufflers, exhaust tail drums and three-way catalytic converters, it is professionally optimized for automotive exhaust working conditions. Different from ordinary building-grade glass wool, this Automotive Muffler Packing Material adopts automotive-grade dust-free spinning technology with fine, pure and impurity-free fibers. It effectively prevents powder falling and pipeline blockage, and perfectly adapts to harsh operating environments including high-speed airflow scouring and alternating high and low temperatures of automotive exhaust systems, serving as a high-performance functional sound absorption and thermal insulation auxiliary material for vehicles.
