Glass fiber muffler packing adopts high-quality E-glass fiber as its core raw material and is processed with specialized production equipment and refined manufacturing techniques. It is a dedicated noise-absorbing filling material for all kinds of exhaust mufflers. With a crimped textured yarn structure, its fibers are evenly arranged and highly fluffy, offering high porosity, excellent resilience and great structural stability.The product boasts outstanding heat resistance: its softening point is 880℃, and the maximum continuous operating temperature is 720℃. It can operate steadily under prolonged high-temperature conditions without thermal deformation, pulverization or collapse.The product is sealed in PE vacuum bags. Standard net weights include 200g, 300g, 500g, 1000g and 1500g. Custom weights are available upon customer request. With strong corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, it retains stable silencing performance and fluffy structure even after long-term use in complex environments. It is widely used in exhaust and silencing systems for machinery, vehicles and industrial equipment.
