Product Basic Properties
Ourautomotive silencer packing material is a high-temperature resistant flexible filling substrate made of pure inorganic fiberglass. Adopting a exclusive high-purity fiberglass formula without any ceramic fiber doping, this product delivers stable and reliable performance verified by industrial tests. Long-term stable working temperature ranges from 450℃ to 550℃, with a short-term peak temperature resistance up to 600℃, fully adapting to conventional high-temperature working conditions of automotive and motor vehicle exhaust systems.

Effective for full-band exhaust noise of 500-5000Hz, with an overall noise reduction rate of ≥30%, eliminating low-frequency roaring and high-frequency exhaust noise significantly.
